By accessing and using the Digital Anchor Force LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description
Digital Anchor Force LLC provides exclusive lead generation and qualification services for foundation repair and basement waterproofing contractors in the United States. Our services include automated SMS screening, lead qualification, calendar booking integration, and performance reporting.
3. SMS Program Terms
Program: Digital Anchor Force LLC SMS Lead Notifications and Service Communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 2–10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-In: By checking the SMS consent box on our form, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Digital Anchor Force LLC at the phone number you provided.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Service Guarantee
Digital Anchor Force LLC guarantees 10 qualified foundation inspection leads within your first 30 days of service. If we fail to deliver, your monthly retainer will be fully refunded. This guarantee applies only to the first month of service and requires active participation from the contractor (answering calls, attending booked inspections).
7. Payment Terms
The monthly retainer is billed at the beginning of each service period. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Service Guarantee (Section 6).
8. Territory Exclusivity
We operate on a one-contractor-per-territory model. Once a territory is claimed, no competing contractor in that area will receive leads from our system.
9. Limitation of Liability
Digital Anchor Force LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the most recent billing cycle.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
